From 2007 through 2011 she served as the Director of Operations for the Virginia branch of NPSG LLC, a major processing firm in the field of collections. Leaving the field of finance Ms. Gaines built from the ground up a very lucrative auto transportation business from a $25,000 investment into a multi-million dollar franchise that she now operates in 5 states.
Ms. Gaines has led multiple companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes, to include website development, production goals and adequate staffing levels.
